Lee Godfrey is a Managing Consultant with over 20 years of experience in business consultancy and leadership. Currently, Lee serves as a Strategic CRM Consultant at Drax Group, where they are the Senior Business Analyst and Chief Product Owner for a programme implementing CRM across five business units. Previously, Lee held roles at Capgemini, CGI, and other energy firms, leading initiatives that transformed customer experiences and integrated systems within the energy industry. Lee earned a BSc (Hons) in Operational Research and Operations Management from Lancaster University.
