Lekshmi Manoharan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement, business operations, and financial management. They began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hire Resources and later advanced to various roles, including Senior Manager and PMO Manager at Capgemini, where they implemented strategic initiatives and achieved significant operational efficiencies. Currently serving as a Staffing Manager at Cisco, Lekshmi focuses on optimizing staffing processes and enhancing resource management. They hold a B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering in Kerala.
