Liz Driver

Liz Driver is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Capgemini since August 2022, Liz previously held HR Director positions at Coupa Software and OpenText, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for the UK and Ireland. A strong foundation in HR management was built during time at Microsoft, where multiple roles were undertaken, culminating in Senior HR Manager. Earlier career highlights include HR Project Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland and HR Business Partner at ntl, following an initial role as HR Officer at Vodafone. Liz holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Leeds, a PGDip in Human Resources Management from Leeds Beckett University, and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
