Loan PHAN

Loan Phan is a skilled social affairs manager with extensive experience in legal and social affairs roles across prominent organizations, including Capgemini and Sogeti France. They have managed collective and individual relations, facilitated negotiations of collective agreements, and provided legal counsel to HR departments. They currently serve as the Head of Social Affairs at Capgemini, while previously contributing significantly to employee relations and legal matters at CEA and Capgemini in various capacities. Loan holds multiple degrees in labor law and social relations from Université Paris Sud.
