Louis A. Smith

Louis A. Smith, MEng, PMP, and SAFe 6 Scrum Master, is currently the Engagement Director at Capgemini, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Smith was engaged in various capacities, including as a Consultant at Chubb and Fiserv, and held multiple positions at IBM from 2005 to 2007. Before their current endeavors, Smith accumulated significant experience as an Engagement Director at HCL Software from 2012 to 2021. They are pursuing advanced degrees at Cornell University College of Engineering and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and hold bachelor's degrees from the United States Military Academy at West Point and Florida State University.
