Mandy Willemsen

Mandy Willemsen is the Talent Deployment Head and Chairman of the Works Council at Capgemini Netherlands. With a strong background in project management and consulting, they have served in various roles within Capgemini since 2022, including as a board member of the AddOn group, which connects young professionals in application services. Prior to this, Mandy gained experience at companies like Damen and ANWB, where they held positions such as project manager and sales advisor.
