Marcelo Matos

Marcelo Matos is the Director and Head of Commercial & Contract Management for South Latam at Capgemini, where they oversee Contract Management services for both Pre-sales and Post-sales phases. With over 25 years of experience, they previously served as a Manager for more than a decade on projects involving customized applications and ERP systems across various sectors, including telecommunications and finance. Marcelo has also held roles as a Sr Presales Manager, Business Risk Manager, and Project Manager, earning recognition for excellence in sales and expertise in the public sector. They began their career as a Developer and System Analyst and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal da Bahia.
