Marcin Przybysz

Marcin Przybysz is a Senior Test Consultant and People Manager at Capgemini, where they currently lead teams as a Scrum Master in the Automotive Project and serve as a Test Manager in the Telecom Project. With a strong background in Quality Assurance, Marcin has developed expertise in test management and project delivery, effectively facilitating Agile processes and ensuring high-quality product outcomes. Previously, Marcin has held positions at Nokia as a Verification Architect and Tester, and at IBM as an iSeries/as400 Operator. They are also the owner of MARCIN PRZYBYSZ Consulting and have been involved as a Facilitator for Climate Fresk since 2023. Marcin is pursuing a Master’s degree in Telecommunication at Politechika Wrocławska.
