Marcin's background includes positions at Helion SA, Axit Polska, and VB Leasing, specializing in software development, project management, and system design across multiple sectors, including finance and telecommunications. They also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of Wroclaw and have co-authored significant software solutions in the Polish financial industry. Marcin holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Financial Control.
