Mark Hatton

Mark Hatton is the VP of Defence at Capgemini and a specialist in transformational change within the private sector. With extensive experience in consulting, line management roles, and strategic change programmes across Europe, Australia, and the Americas, they focus on delivering sustainable results through a blend of people, technology, and operational change. Mark has previously held leadership positions at PwC, where they developed award-winning transformation solutions, and at Newton Europe, concentrating on the Aerospace and Defence sector. They played a key role in achieving a 27% increase in market share during their tenure as Programme Manager at Wolfson Microelectronics. Mark is currently pursuing a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronic & Electrical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde.
