Mark Webb

Mark Webb is the Global Head of Learning Design and Development at Capgemini, where they are accountable for the UK's talent strategy through a robust learning ecosystem. Prior to this role, they held positions such as People Experience Lead at Bromford and National Talent & Development Manager at The AA, driving strategic people solutions and digital transformation. With extensive experience in learning and development, Mark previously served as Transformation & Lean Change Manager at The Adecco Group and held leadership roles at Sky, Lloyds Banking Group, British Gymnastics, and HSBC. Mark earned a Master's degree in Management & Leadership from Cranfield University from 2019 to 2021.
