Massimo Ippoliti

Massimo Ippoliti is an accomplished technology and innovation leader with extensive experience in driving growth and digital transformation across various sectors. At Capgemini, from January 2018 to November 2022, Massimo held multiple senior roles, culminating as Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, where responsibilities included shaping service portfolios and leading large teams to achieve double-digit business growth. Following this, Massimo served as Group Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at Consulcesi Group from November 2022 to July 2025, overseeing innovative digital healthcare services. Previously, Massimo accumulated significant expertise at KPMG Italy from January 1998 to October 2013, managing complex IT and business performance projects. Massimo holds an MSc in Business and Management Engineering and a Master of Technology in Information Technology from Politecnico di Milano.
