Matthew Bradley

Matthew Bradley is a seasoned Sustainability Director with over twenty-one years of management experience at Capgemini, specializing in sustainability thought leadership, innovative strategies, and operations management across various sectors, including government and finance. Since 2014, they have served as the Group Environmental Sustainability Lead, guiding Capgemini's efforts in carbon reduction and environmental management. Previously, Matthew held positions such as Head of OS Sustainability and UK Environment Manager, where they achieved ISO 14001 certification across multiple sites in just five months. They began their career at Capgemini in London and have worked in locations including Rotherham, Manchester, and Mumbai. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Archaeology from Bournemouth University.
