Matthew Rossiter

Matthew Rossiter is a highly motivated Delivery Director currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Capgemini, responsible for managing Run Services for a large public sector client. With over two decades of experience, they have demonstrated expertise in Service Delivery Management, Commercial Management, and Resource Management across various roles in both private and public sectors. Matthew began their career as an IT Analyst in a graduate program at British Steel before taking on multiple leadership roles at Capgemini, where they have consistently driven service quality and margin improvement while managing significant P&L responsibilities. They hold a Bachelor of Science BSc (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of East Anglia.
