Mel Hobson

Mel Hobson is currently the People Development Lead at Capgemini, where they are responsible for identifying training and development gaps within the organization and delivering high-quality learning aligned with the strategic business plan. Previously, Mel held several roles at Capgemini, including Operations Manager for Problem Management and Problem Manager for both HMRC and DHL Logistics, focusing on improving proactive management and resolving high-priority incidents. Mel began their career as a Marketing Assistant for the Youngs Group, supporting marketing initiatives to enhance profitability. They studied Information Technology at Sandwell College from 1998 to 2000.
