Melanie Christopher

Melanie Christopher is the Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Capgemini, where they focus on driving growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. Previously, they held significant roles at Cognizant as Chief Growth Officer, and at EY as a Director, leading transformative projects in the Energy sector. Melanie began their career at Europcar as a UK Franchise Manager and has since developed expertise in strategy implementation, organizational change, and business transformation across various industries. They hold an MBA from Henley Business School and completed a Senior Leadership Course at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Outside of work, Melanie is committed to mentoring women in technology and is a devoted parent to five children.
