Mélanie PUIG

Mélanie Puig is currently a Lead HR at Capgemini, where they focus on shaping human resources strategies. Previously, they served as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Berner France, managing recruitment and developing HR policies. They also worked as an HR Business Partner at Culligan France, where they implemented sourcing strategies and led projects to enhance recruitment processes. Earlier in their career, Mélanie was a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Page Personnel, specializing in retail and marketing recruitments. They hold a Master’s degree in Management from SKEMA Business School, which they completed in 2006.
