With 18 years of international experience across Europe, the USA, and India, they have developed expertise in business transformation, supply chain strategy, and logistics, particularly in the manufacturing and high-tech sectors. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles at Capgemini Invent and served as a Project Manager at the Fraunhofer Institute. Outside of work, Michael is an avid mountain biking endurance enthusiast, currently preparing for the Cape Epic stage race in South Africa.
