Michael Weeda

Michael Weeda is the Head of Delivery for the Manufacturing, Health, and Tech segment at Capgemini, overseeing a diverse portfolio of complex technology engagements. Since 2022, they have focused on optimizing project delivery, enhancing client satisfaction, and managing business delivery risks while leading a team of engagement managers and account executives. Prior to this role at Capgemini, Michael held various positions including Project Manager and Change Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and contributed significantly to projects at companies such as ING and Cargill. Michael also engages in academia as a guest lecturer and assessor at Hogeschool Rotterdam, guiding future business engineers. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Rotterdam Business School.
