Michiel Laane

Michiel Laane is a seasoned product lead and designer with experience at Capgemini, where leadership roles included guiding the internal design team and serving as a product owner for strategic client assignments. At BNP Paribas Fortis, Michiel designed service concepts while balancing business and regulatory needs, and at D'Ieteren, user research efforts prioritized impactful features. Currently, Michiel manages product development for Fluvius, focusing on enhancing customer portal experiences. Previous roles have also involved UX design and research, successfully leading product lifecycles and launching new services. Michiel holds degrees in Industrial and Product Design from Eindhoven University of Technology and completed an exchange semester at Carnegie Mellon University.
