Miguel Sossa

Miguel Sossa is an accomplished sustainability leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Vice President and Americas Sustainability GTM Lead at Capgemini since September 2023. Previously, Miguel held the position of Vice President for the Western Region at Climate Impact Partners and served as Sustainability Advisor at Delta Air Lines, where Miguel contributed to initiatives aimed at making Delta the first carbon-neutral airline by 2030. Miguel's background includes significant roles at Accenture, where Miguel led the Smart Cities Practice and successfully initiated various sustainability projects, as well as experience in program management and advisory capacities at organizations such as PepsiCo, Metro, and Xerox. Miguel holds multiple degrees from the University of Michigan and Emory University, focusing on sustainability, organizational leadership, and strategy.
