Milind Kapdoskar

Milind Kapdoskar is currently a Senior Director and eCommerce Practice Head at Capgemini India, where they specialize in building eCommerce solutions, business process digitization, and project portfolio implementation. With extensive experience in practice management and onshore-offshore project execution, Milind has also held roles as Practice Lead and Program Manager at Capgemini. Prior to this, they worked at Patni Computer Systems as a Project Manager. Milind earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from both Bharati Vidyapeeth and the University of Mumbai between 1991 and 1995.
