Ming Chen

Ming Chen is the China Architect Community Lead at Capgemini, bringing over 8 years of experience in IT, including 4 years in IT service management. Previously, Ming managed significant projects such as the HP software global customer contact center in APJ and the IT service delivery solutions for Midea and BAA. Ming also established the IdM Information Security Product Porting team in China after completing a 6-month training in the US. With a background that includes a master's degree from The University of Manchester and a minor in business administration, Ming is skilled in software architecture design, project management, and cross-disciplinary business and technology solutions.
