Monisha Ghosh

Monisha Ghosh is currently the Associate Director and Chief of Staff to the President and MD at Capgemini Canada, where they have contributed over eleven years in leadership, project management, and organizational communication. Prior to this role, Monisha held various positions at Capgemini, including Senior Operations Manager and Portfolio Manager, demonstrating expertise in aligning strategic vision with actionable outcomes. They have also served as a Strategic Marketing Consultant at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Citi. Monisha continues to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Mumbai, complementing a Master's Degree in Economics from Mumbai University.
