With over 15 years of experience in HR operations, Natasha has focused on sustainable IT solutions and M&A transformation and integration. Previously, Natasha held HR operations roles at Industrial Defender, Lockheed Martin, and Leidos, where they applied their expertise in the Cyber Division. Natasha is passionate about fostering an inclusive work environment and continuously seeks innovative ways to enhance processes and employee experiences. They earned a degree in Public Relations from Boston University.
