Neil Blecher

Neil R. Blecher is an Associate General Counsel at Capgemini North America, Inc., where they handle complex information technology transactions, alliance agreements, and litigation matters. They have held this role since 1997 while also serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. John's University School of Law since 2007, teaching Internet Law and Drafting and Negotiating Complex Transactions in Information Technology.
