Neil Sharp

Neil Sharp is an experienced designer specializing in DesignOps and Enterprise UX. Currently, they serve as the Head of DesignOps at Capgemini, following a diverse career that includes roles such as Expert Practitioner - Experience Design at North Highland UK and Head of Digital Design and Development at Bell Pottinger. Neil has worked with a variety of notable clients including Amazon, HSBC, and the UK Government, focusing on creating integrated design services and improving user experiences across multiple sectors. They hold a degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London and are Security Check (SC) cleared to work in UK Government departments until 2024.
