Olena Kushnir

Olena Kushnir currently serves as a QA Automation Lead and Lead Test Maker Engineer at Capgemini, starting in January 2025. Prior to this role, Olena was with Knowledge Expert from October 2017 to January 2025, where the focus was on facilitating digital transformation for European clients in various sectors, employing Lean-Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking strategies. Experience also includes a position as a Course Mentor at Automician from November 2016 to August 2017, providing mentorship in QA automation and contributing to open-source projects. Additionally, Olena was an Associate Professor at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport from February 2003 to August 2017, and holds a Ph.D. in Philology from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, completed between 1994 and 2002, while continuing education through It Labs since 2016.
