Parag Rede

Parag Rede is an experienced executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Operations, Industrialisation and Transformation for the Americas Strategic Business Unit at Capgemini. With over 20 years at Capgemini, Parag leads a significant unit in India focusing on the US, Canada, and LATAM markets, overseeing a team of 13,000 towards profitable growth. Key accomplishments include driving strategic initiatives to enhance client centricity and innovation, developing a VP leadership program, and delivering remarkable performance in both UK and North America business units. Prior to Capgemini, Parag was the SAP Lead for Mercedes Benz USA, managing comprehensive SAP operations. Education credentials include executive leadership from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
