Parul Prabhu is the Global Learning Head for the APAC Region at Capgemini, bringing over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development. They have driven various learning transformation initiatives and partnered with businesses to enhance talent development. Previously, they held roles as Learning Head for the Nordics Business Unit at Capgemini Sverige AB and Program Manager in Learning and Development. Parul also served as Senior Business Head at karROX Technologies Ltd. and Front Office Manager at NIIT Limited early in their career. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Mumbai.
