Pawel Winzer

Pawel Winzer has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and team management, starting with a role at Capgemini from September 2007 to February 2015 as a Senior Accounting and Finance Specialist, where responsibilities included client purchasing system administration, vendor account analysis, and invoice booking. Pawel also held leadership positions such as Junior Manager and Team Leader in a Payroll Team for an HRO Project, overseeing team performance, client communication, and process improvements. Prior experience includes working as an accountant at Exploconsult Sp. z o.o. and buyer at PRO-ECO Invest SA, complemented by early experience in office administration at Polmar I Sp. z o.o. Pawel holds a Master’s Degree from AGH University of Science and Technology and has a background in mathematics and physics from II LO w Krakowie.
