Phil Nolan

Phil Nolan is a General Partner at Blue Delta Capital Partners and has served as the Chairman of the Board for GovernmentCIO. They have extensive leadership experience, having been the CEO at Camber Corporation and the Chairman, President, and CEO of Stanley, Inc. Previously, Phil was a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy and held roles in various organizations, including as Lead Independent Director at Perspecta and a director at MAG Aerospace and CACI International Inc. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Engineering Management at The Catholic University of America, alongside degrees in Physics from the United States Naval Academy and Law from The George Washington University Law School.
