Princesse LANDO

Princesse LANDO is currently the Lead Talent Acquisition & RSE at Capgemini, where they oversee the recruitment for the public sector and develop initiatives for diversity and inclusion. With nearly a decade of experience in IT recruitment, they also founded "Congo pour Elles," focusing on women's empowerment. Previously, Princesse held roles in various organizations, including Gfi Informatique and Inetum, where they specialized in recruitment and human resources. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ISEFAC and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Sciences-U Paris.
