Radek Grabowski is a Senior Global Enterprise Service Management Consultant with extensive experience in IT service management. At Capgemini, Radek held various roles, including Global Crisis Manager and Global Service Management Consultant, where they acted as a facilitator and champion for ITIL standard processes, managed crisis incidents, and provided advisory services to enhance service maturity. Radek also served as a Senior Major Incident Manager and Global EMS Capability Lead during their tenure.
