Rafał Tramowski is the Managing Test Consultant and Head of the FS Testing Practice at Capgemini in Krakow, where they specialize in building high-performing teams and optimizing testing processes. With over 10 years of expertise in QA management, team development, and strategic planning, Rafał has a proven track record in recruitment and operational excellence. Prior to their current role, Rafał held various positions including Senior Quality Assurance Testing Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman and Test Manager at Sii Poland. They earned a Licentiate degree in International Relations from Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie.
