Rahul Jain

Rahul Jain is a Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in software engineering and technical services. They served as a Senior Software Engineer at Mobileum from 2017 to 2019, where they supported roaming solutions and resolved customer issues. Previously, Rahul worked for Huawei Technologies from 2011 to 2017, contributing to end-to-end service integration and implementation, as well as managing large-scale cloud infrastructure. Currently, they are a Senior Manager at Capgemini, where they lead various initiatives in service delivery and automation. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Swami Keshwanand Institute of Technology, Management & Gramothan, Jaipur, which they completed in 2011.
