Ranjay Marothi is the Vice President and Head of Business Services for the Americas at Capgemini, where they leverage over 20 years of industry experience to lead transformation and resolve complex business issues. Ranjay's career includes progressive roles at Capgemini, starting as an Engagement Manager and advancing to Senior Engagement Manager and Senior Director. They previously held positions at Hewlett Packard, where they managed finance transformation and operations, and began their professional journey as an Audit Intern at JCSS Chartered Accountants. Ranjay holds a B.Com degree from Bangalore University and has a background in accounting from JAIN College.
