Ratan Sinha

Ratan Sinha is currently a Team Lead at Capgemini, specializing in Oracle MDM. Previously, Ratan worked as an Operations Team Lead at Wipro Limited, where they oversaw a team of 30 employees and led initiatives for continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Ratan began their career as a Jr. Accountant at Pratibha Advertising Pvt. Ltd., where they were recognized as the Best Intern for outstanding customer satisfaction. Ratan holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, and completed their 12th grade with a focus on Business/Commerce.
