Previously, Ray held significant roles at Capgemini, including Global Head of Talent and Learning for the Engineering and R&D Global Business Line and Chief Human Resources Officer for Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services. With a background that includes public relations consulting, entrepreneurial ventures, and management roles in marketing and communications, Ray has developed a comprehensive skill set in driving global people agendas and enhancing organizational performance.
