Renata Słonecka is a seasoned Human Resources leader currently serving as Senior HR Director and Strategic HR Business Partner for Capgemini in Poland and Romania. With a strong background in change management and strategic HR, Renata has successfully driven HR initiatives across diverse business environments, including implementing integrated HR strategies and leading talent management programs. Previously, Renata held key HR roles at Bank BGZ BNP Paribas S.A. and Sygma Bank Polska S.A., where they focused on employee engagement, performance management, and HR process automation. Renata is pursuing multiple postgraduate studies, including an MBA, and is committed to mentoring future leaders in the industry.
