Rik Bouma

Rik Bouma has worked as a business analyst with various governmental organizations in the domains of Work and Income, including UWV, VNG, and the Belastingdienst, and serves as a trainer in Business Analysis at the Capgemini Academy. With extensive experience in SAFe and agile methodologies, Rik specializes in business analysis, process improvement, and the integration of primary processes with data and digital archives. Currently a managing consultant at Capgemini since 2002, Rik has also contributed as a consultant at Pink Roccade and Getronics. Rik earned a VWO diploma from Hermann Wesselink College and a drs degree from the University of Amsterdam.
