Ritesh Chaware has an extensive background in engineering and consulting, with a career spanning over a decade in the automotive and technology sectors. Starting as a Senior Engineer at Sharda Motors Industry Ltd. from November 2010 to November 2014, Ritesh advanced to an Executive role at Varroc Engineering Pvt.
