Ritesh Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and design industry. Currently serving as a Manager at Capgemini since 2020, Ritesh has held key positions including Director of Backend Design at Chipspirit and Director of Physical Design at SeviTech Systems Pvt. Ltd. With a background as IC Layout Manager at Microsemi Corporation, Ritesh was responsible for various aspects including project management, team mentoring, and technical enhancements, successfully completing nine FPGA SoC chips. Prior experience includes roles at QualCore Logic, Virage Logic, and Spike Infotech, highlighting expertise in technical leadership, process automation, and high-quality design delivery. Ritesh holds a B. Tech in Electronics and Communications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
