Rohan Fernandes

Rohan Fernandes has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Program Manager and Release Architect at Capgemini since April 2007. Rohan's expertise includes delivery governance for various projects across EMEA, APAC, and North America, with a focus on turning 'Red' health projects to 'Green' status. Key initiatives include managing the implementation of Workday integrated with PeopleSoft for Scottish Water and with SuccessFactors for Anglian Water, as well as leading an HR solution implementation for Nokia. Prior to Capgemini, Rohan held positions as Senior Consultant at Bristlecone India Ltd. and Ygyan Consulting, Consultant at Jai Corp Limited, and Purchase Executive at Mukand Ltd. Rohan's educational background includes studies at Fr. Agnel College and Cardinal Gracias High School.
