Roseli Ribeiro

Roseli Ribeiro began their career in the commercial sector focused on information technology at GPA and Grupo Peralta S/A before transitioning to IT at CPMBraxis, now known as Capgemini, where they served as a process analyst. Since 2016, they have worked at Hitss do Brasil Servicos Tecnologicos, initially as a coordinator and subsequently promoted to IT Infrastructure Manager, overseeing technical support teams and managing projects, personnel, and finances. Roseli holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Ibirapuera and is certified in ITIL and Scrum, with expertise in service desk management, automation, and project coordination.
