Sam Padmore

Sam Padmore is an experienced professional in user experience and customer experience design, currently serving as the Customer Experience Director at Capgemini since February 2022. Previously, Sam held key leadership roles, including Head of User Experience at iris Worldwide and Experience Director at DigitasLBi_UK, where expertise in developing and implementing strategies to enhance digital experiences and brand interactions was demonstrated. With a robust background that includes roles as Brand Experience Director at SThree, Experience Design Director at Living Group, and creative positions at agencies such as The Set Ltd and Cimex Media Ltd, Sam has fostered innovative solutions for numerous high-profile brands. Sam’s academic credentials include a 2.1 degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London, and an Art Foundation program from Cambridge College of Art.
