Sameh Mtibaa

Sameh Mtibaa is an experienced project and operations manager with a background in academia, having served as a University Teacher at École Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales de Tunis from September 2015 to June 2018. Following this, Sameh engaged in training and coaching at TenStep, Inc., specializing in project management training aligned with PMP standards until January 2023. Currently, Sameh holds dual roles at Capgemini as a Cross-functional Project Manager and Head of Project Management & Services Community, focusing on infrastructure project management and strategic growth initiatives. Previous roles at Tunisie Télécom involved operations management, system administration, and agile coaching. Sameh has also worked as a Senior Project Manager at BNP Paribas and Société Générale, overseeing significant IT infrastructure projects. Additionally, Sameh contributes to the Project Management Institute as a member of the PMI Francophone Outreach Committee, aimed at promoting project management in Francophone regions.
