Sampada Pethe possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, having held various roles across multiple companies since starting as an Articled Clerk at Mohan Deshmukh & Company from May 2003 to June 2006. Currently serving as a Manager at Capgemini since December 2024, Sampada functions as a Business Unit Controller focusing on forecasting, budgeting, and business advisory within the Financial Services Vertical. Previous positions include Finance Team Lead, Senior Manager Finance, and Lead II - Accounting and Compliance at UST Xpanxion and UST, where responsibilities encompassed team management, compliance, auditing, and financial reporting. Sampada also held positions such as Accountant at Expat Group and various roles at Xpanxion India, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in financial management and operations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University and being a Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
