With extensive experience in Agile methodologies, Samrat has led numerous Agile Transformation Projects and has actively contributed to Agile initiatives and organizational restructuring. Samrat is a Certified Agile Coach and has mentored hundreds of individuals through various Agile coaching programs. Currently, Samrat holds the position of Associate Director for Agile Engineering & Delivery Excellence at Capgemini, continuing to drive high-performance teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
