Previously, Saugato worked at Aircel-Dishnet Wireless Ltd. as an Auditor in Service Assurance, where they developed quality audit frameworks and training modules for call centers. They have also held positions at Hutchison Telecom and First Source Solution, focusing on customer service and quality analysis. Saugato has been recognized for their contributions to optimizing resource management and has successfully completed a yellow belt project, resulting in significant cost savings.
